| Jean-Pierre Challet is a chef and professional sommelier. JP was born and raised in Lyon, the gastronomic heart of France. He studied culinary arts at the Nicole Hoteliere in Nice before immigrating to Canada, to become one of this country’s top chefs. Chef Challet’s cuisine has been lavishly praised by The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, Gourmet and a host of Canadian publications. JP has many accomplishments to his name including the development of the French culinary program at George Brown College. JP lectures frequently and has appeared as guest Chef on radio and TV. |

Jennifer Decorte left the world of Branding and Corporate Communications to pursue her love of food. Upon graduating from the prestigious Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute she apprenticed in the kitchens of Canada’s Prime Minister and Governor General where she worked providing catering at its finest. Jennifer is also a published author working together with JP Challet in the development of their cookery books. One Pot French has so far sold in seven countries, two languages and is slated to be reprinted in French later this year. A second book is in the works! |
